This meal was actually yesterday’s supper. Susan pan fried a slab of Verlasso salmon. We didn’t have any salmon rub on hand; so, she used a bit of pecan crust that I had prepared for some white fish a week or two ago. It was all yummy. The fish was served with a smear of spicy aioli, and a fresh fruit salsa of mango/jalapeno/cilantro/red onion and diced avocado.
The “side salad” was a modest serving of cocktail shrimp with a red sauce that was doctored with a generous addition of coarsely ground horseradish. A good time was had by all.

Tonight, I am taking pictures of the total lunar eclipse. I’ll post one or two pictures tomorrow. Cheers!
