I was thinking maybe a shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo or perhaps a Bucatini with meat sauce for supper, but I decided on take-out instead. Central Texas has many, great, Texas-style BBQ joints, and Austin has more than its fair share. Okay, Lockhart has the oldest and probably the best, but our joints can hold their own.
Here is my supper plate of BBQ ribs and sausage with sides of potato salad and vinegar-based cole slaw. It was orgasmic.
