Tonight, it was S&S, Sushi and Sashimi, both from the Central Market sushi bar where master Japanese sushi masters make the delicious bits of rice and fishy goodness. Dinner was a mixed cultural event since I asked Susan to prepare a side salad of pickled vegetables, mushroom medley in olive oil, Insalata Caprese, a Dolma, and a sliced, fresh fig treated with a drizzle of Bordeaux Cherry balsamic vinegar. It was a Mediterranean meets Japanese islands type event – delicious. The S&S looked like this:
