I’m going to make beef fajitas for dinner, and I decided this morning that we needed to hit our favorite little Mexican restaurant before the church crowd arrived. We found the restaurant attended but not crowded. Susan ordered Huevos a la Mexicana, and I ordered a small Menudo. Most of the time, I do not finish it, but today I consumed every last spoonful. It was yummy.
