I’ve been working on an imaging project to capture IC1396, a star forming region in the constellation Cepheus, for the last week. I’m taking more images tonight, and I plan on another imaging session tomorrow night. In the meantime, astrophotography nerds do need to eat, after all.

Tonight’s culinary treat was a pan-fried Halibut that Susan prepared. We made our favorite seafood salsa of diced avocado, mango, red onion, and fresh jalapeno with coarsely chopped cilantro, and a big squeeze of lime – all tossed with a pinch of salt. Yummy.

We also had a French baguette and a side salad of spinach, walnuts and bleu cheese crumbles with Mandarin orange Supremes. Here is the 360-degree view.
