Dinner this evening was very low key. Susan had bought some ramen noodle bowls at Walgreens, and I decided to supplement them with U-16 shrimp and fresh Shiitake mushrooms. I sliced the mushrooms and then sauteed them in EVOO and butter. Then I added the eight shelled shrimp.
Susan boiled water and prepared the two bowls of ramen noodles with their spice packets. After a couple of minutes of resting, I added the shrimp and Shiitake slices to the ramen. It looked like this.

It was a satisfying meal for a chilly evening.
