It is so good to be home again. The cats are very affectionate, and they slept with us all night. Today, I fed them treats, and they got a lot of petting. This afternoon, I went to the Central Market to get fish – New Mexico doesn’t have that much fresh fish.
Dinner tonight was Cod Loin crusted in spices and Panko breadcrumbs with a side salad of sliced apple, dried cranberries, Romaine lettuce and cheese. Susan prepared a tasty artichoke with garlic butter. A good time was had by all.
