I bought a rack of lamb for tonight’s dinner. Susan prepared it according to her usual recipe only using Panko rather than crushed crostini. It was delicious. The side was our usual Mediterranean salad of pickled goodies, mushrooms and artichoke hearts in EVOO, a micro Caprese, and a gentle drizzle of Bordeaux Cheery balsamic vinegar. The condiments were mint sauce, sweet chutney, and Mother’s hot Mango Chutney.

Mother’s chutneys rock! A good time was had by all.

Tomorrow we will have more Texas Chili and cornbread. We hate to let anything go to waste.
