I’ve spent much of the day trying to get my astrophotography stacking software to stack cometary data correctly. So far, I have not been successful, but I am still hammering away at it. In the interim, I thought that dinner might help my endeavors. Susan suggested snow crab and a chicken pot pie. I’ve already eaten all the chicken pot pies that anyone should fit into a lifetime; so, the crab is mine.
Here’s my dinner – a colossal snow crab cluster with melted butter and a side salad of pickled vegetables, A Belgian endive filled with bleu cheese crumbles, a mini-Caprece, a Dolma, and mushroom medley. Mmmm.
