Susan made my favorite Indian porn food dinner tonight – lamb vindaloo. It’s a spicy curry that she serves on basmati rice prepared with tart cherries. The curry paste is Patak’s vindaloo – available on Amazon, and the sauce is enhanced with Garam Masala from our favorite Asian market.
It’s a favorite dish here for three reasons. First, as it cooks, it fills the house with the wonderful aroma of garam masala – yumm! Second, it tastes heavenly. And most importantly, Susan does all the work; my job is just to eat it and make appreciative noises, as Chief Dan George said in Little Big Man. That has to be the best part!
