I went to the grocery store today as I do most days of the week. This is the time of year that the produce section is a bounty of domestic and imported delights. I am always impressed by the shapes and colors of the fruits and vegetables – occasionally by the fragrances of both.
Today, I decided to sneak some pictures of the produce displays. As I took them, I could not help but think about people whose circumstances are less fortunate – Venezuela this year, and Brazil that, Ukraine today, Sudan yesterday, and so on. Sigh.
