Dinner this evening was Maruchan’s Shrimp Ramen enhanced with thinly sliced green onion, and sauteed shrimp with Beech mushrooms. Each serving got two, juicy shrimp. The ramen was complemented by a serving of Tuna Tataki – a type of lightly seared, tuna sashimi. We added a small splash of Kikkoman soy sauce to the ramen.
It was a light yet satisfying meal.
