Most of the old deck, water feature surround, as well as all four benches from the old deck were demolished. The lumber yard delivered pressure treated lumber on Saturday, and the carpenters showed up this morning to frame the new substructure – ledgers, joists and the like. What you see below is one day’s work. I hope that the decking starts going down in a day or two.
