This evening we celebrated the Winter Solstice with a pan-fried filet of Redfish served with some freshly made homemade spicey aioli, mac & cheese, and a spartan salad of marinated and pickled items (olives, artichokes, mushrooms, and dolmas).

The sun and the Earth should now be appeased
