We went to see Susan’s Orthopedic APN. Her foot surgery is healing well, and Susan is planning to resume driving in a few days. Her car has an automatic transmission, and the left foot doesn’t play a significant role in the act of driving.
Afterward, we decided to have Chinese food from our favorite Chinese eatery. Tomorrow, I will go to the HEB and look for basil and Roma tomatoes to make roasted tomato basil soup, and maybe I can find a beef tongue too.
Our take-out dinner, consisting of Hot & Sour Soup, a Pu-Pu platter, and Crispy Duck, looked like this: Yum!
