Our son was born in 1985. The Disney TV series Duck Tales premiered in 1987. Our young child loved the series. I rarely think about that series with Scrooge McDuck and Huey, Louie, and Dewey, but I did this evening as I prepared another duck leg feast for dinner. I follow this online recipe for legs with red wine sauce.
This is an easy meal that requires minimum prep time and very little fuss. The sauce is little more than red wine with red currant jelly. I may add butter the next time I make this dish. Susan and I both enjoy it.
