Dinner this evening was butterflied Carribean lobster tails and squid salad. Squid salad is something that HEB stores prepare in their sushi area. It has sliced squid and mushrooms, sweet and salty rice vinegars, seaweed, sesame seeds, and lord knows what else that makes it yummy. We had a side of clarified butter for Susan’s baguette and lemon butter for the arthropod. It was a simple and unctuous dinner.

I’m hoping that my Rosuvastatin helps to keep me among the living despite my indulgently profligate dietary ways.
