I’m looking at my smart watch calendar app, and I’m trying to make an appointment. The language selector offers English, Italian, Spanish, Russian among other languages. I try to select English, but a little girl touches the watch face sending the app into a tizzy. This exercise in frustration goes on until it is humorous.
I have no smart watch with such an app. There is no little girl. The dream dissolves as I awaken. I look at my smart phone stock market app, the markets today are in the crapper, to use the vernacular. They’ve been spooked by yet another COVID variant. It was just a matter of time. This virus is not done with us.
Our granddaughters are starting to decorate the Spruce tree in their front yard.
