We had good friends over yesterday to share a dinner of bugs and stuff. This evening, I prepared our usual “chop dinner” – butterfly pork chop for Susan, and lamb shoulder chop for me. We reheated some corn and potatoes from yesterday’s bug fest, and Susan melted some butter for the residual bugs.
It was a good meal. I only wish we could have shared it with friends and maybe Maia.
