The skies were partly cloudy today, but there were enough clearings in the cloud cover to gather enough data for some respectable images. Today’s H-alpha image shows some dramatic loop prominences along the SW solar limb.

Most of the sunspot groups that I have been following the past couple of weeks have disappeared. There are only four active regions visible in today’s sunspot image. Two along the eastern solar disk are new – AR3961 and AR3962.
