We had overcast skies that brought us a brief shower this afternoon. Within an hour, the skies cleared of all but some very high cirrus clouds that permitted some passable images. Today’s H-alpha image shows some delicate prominences along the E, SE, and SW solar limbs with a distinct jet of sun stuff being ejected high above the chromosphere along the eastern horizon.

The annotated sunspot image shows only three active regions today.
