Sunspot activity has increased significantly the past few cloudy days. Today there seven active regions. There are some prominences along the SE, W and NW solar limbs.

AR4317 and AR4321 are the most magnetically complex and most likely to experience a flare in coming days.

The main prominences are showcased below. In the middle frame below, note the plume of sun stuff high above the chromosphere near the top of the frame.
