I saw a meme yesterday that was in Spanish. The meme asserted that there were individuals who, if you could remove their stupidity, would be left with nothing. I haven’t met many individuals who I thought would be exemplars of this phenomenon except back in my earlier days on FB when I interacted with Trumpers.
Today, I decided to visit the Wikipedia entry for Matt Krause. Krause is an attorney, educated in a Christian University, who is a Republican luminary in North Texas. He’s the visionary who brought us a list of 850 books that he thinks should be removed from school and public libraries.
I seriously doubt that he has read all of the books that are on his hit list. I’ve no doubt that Mr. Krause has spent as many or more hours than most sexually frustrated, 40-something, white men sitting on the throne wanking and trying to read this book or that. But let’s face it; it requires most of our attention to do one or the other, and attempts to do both rarely bring us to the climax of either the book or our peckers.
It turns out that this moron is arguably the most conservative Texas House Representative. So much so that he actually supported Louie Gohmert for US Attorney General. I mean, really! How stupid must you be to support the dumbest member of the US Congress for the post of Attorney General?
We all know that Louie is a caricature of congresspersons – capturing everything that is mentally and morally deficient of congressfolk, but to have a cheerleader? That’s means Krause is so unqualified for his office that he would actually support a sack of mucus for Attorney General!
Texas politicians leave so much to be desired – intellect, morality, compassion, humanity, and humility – to name just a few.
It’s amazing to me how stupid politicians can be. We certainly have our share of stupid politicians in Arkansas. So many times I wish we lived in a blue, or at least, a pink state.
Yep. Susan and I talk about Canada from time to time. But, the stupid ranges far and wide. 🙁
