Last night, we talked about this evening’s dinner. We decided on “some kind of fish” with a side of steamed asparagus topped with shiitake mushrooms and sprinkled with bacon.
The bacon inspiration came courtesy of my Arkansas FB buddies. This evening’s meal appears below. The “fish” turned out to be a Dungeness crab. It was entirely yummy, and fitting for a pre-apocalypse moment in world history. I’m sure that my Christian, GOP compatriots have a big hardon for the Rapture.
I myself have my heart set on going straight to hell where I think the Prime Rib is juicy and sumptuous.
That looks excellent. We rarely have much besides crusty bread with our crab. Filling and best eaten in one meal. I dip mine in vinegar which I learned from my Father in Law, a fan of Maryland crab. Looks SO good!!!!
