We decided to have vegetables with a dressing of proteins last night. I bought ingredients, and Susan prepared them. There was a parmesan cauliflower covered and bacon-wrapped asparagus spears. It was the kind of dinner that would have fit in a ketogenic diet, I suppose. We had a little fruit as a palate cleanser – papaya with a squeeze of lime and pineapple chunks with julienned basil and a dusting of Trechas chili powder. Yummy.

This evening we went to local eatery, Baby Acapulco, for Margaritas and enchiladas. We pretended that we were in a pre-pandemic world, but we ate outside as we always have.
