It’s been a long while since I made a beef stir-fry. Tonight, I remedied that. Below, is a sequence images from my of that culinary endeavor. This is an easy meal, and a good time was had by all.

The elements of the stir-fry were beef strips marinated in Hoisin, Sambal Olek, and Kikoman soy sauce; snow peas, broccoli florets, chopped baby bok choi, chopped green onion, sliced baby corn, sliced water chestnuts, and sliced bamboo shoots. It was all served over a bed of Jasmine rice and garnished with chopped cilantro.
That looks delish! Like the array of ingredients! We used to stir fry a lot and need to do it once in a while.
Tonight we ordered (a rare treat) and got sushi and thai from a local spot nearby. I should have taken a picture before we absolutely devoured it! YUMMY!
Rain here tonite again and chilly. We might get a 60 degree day here next Weds again. Mostly our April was wet and chilly. But it helped with the postponement of fire season for which we are grateful. HUGS TO ALL

Thank you for the kind wish. We’re having warm weather – not quite Summer yet, but getting there.
Sushi sounds great 😉
