Susan cooked some Kofta skewers for us this evening; they came from the Central Market along with Pita and Tzatziki. We had some finger-food samosas on hand, and she heated them up as well. With a Mediterranean salad of Caprece and pickled vegetables, the meal was complete. Such a satisfying meal.
