I’ve been going back and forth between the living room and the backyard tonight as I often do when I am doing astrophotography without the help of TeamViewer. I don’t mind the little trips; they add to my daily step count. I aim for at least 2000 steps per day, and on days when I do astrophotography, I usually get 3-4K steps. It’s good for me. This past couple of weeks, I have been taking narrow band images of the Dumbbell and Eagle Nebulas. I should have enough data to post a respectable wide view image of each object in a few days.

Tonight, I grilled a ribeye for us. Susan steamed some asparagus, and I sauteed some sliced white mushrooms in butter and EVOO to fancy up the asparagus spears. There was a side salad too. An individual serving appears below. Astrophotography requires attention and energy. This kind of meal provides the requisite resources. 🙂
