Last night I decided to have Dungeness crab for dinner. Susan isn’t much of a crab fan, and she usually asks for a chicken pot pie when I bring crab home. So here is last night’s dinner spread. The salad was pickled items, a dolma, a medley of wild mushrooms in olive oil, and a micro-Caprese salad all drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
