Susan cooked four lamb loin chops for our dinner yesterday. The chops were huge, and we only ate one each. This evening we had the other two chops with Bombay potatoes, and our take on a Mediterranean salad – pickled vegetables, a dolma, red endive with bleu cheese crumbles, and a mini-Caprese. The bread was a pita, and we each had a dollop of chutney to spice it all up. Yummy.
