This is a walk-through of the SkyRun house in Estes Park. It has a spacious open floor plan From the dining room and from the master bedroom, there is a nice view of the Rockies. This morning, a few Elk walked past our bedroom windows and settled in the meadow that is our backyard. I did find a note from our hosts asking that we lock all the doors and close all the windows when we leave – even if it just for a short walk. They have had a bear enter a house through an unlocked door, and that’s really bad for human-bear relations – I included this just for you, John.
Nico and his family arrive tomorrow, and we’ll spend the next few days seeing the sights in RMNP with two granddaughters in tow. It should be fun.
