Facebook creates a collection of your posts from today’s date in past years. I find these interesting since I have almost a decade of posts on that platform. Today, I saw a photo of a fox family in my backyard taken seven years ago. Wow, I had no idea that we had been aware of the foxes that long!
Another post from three or maybe five years ago showed a dinner of beef tongue. I thought it was funny because this evening’s dinner was beef tongue smothered in Pipián,  and served with a side of refried beans and flour tortillas. I guess we like what we like. And no dinner is complete without a serrano pepper and a glass of Chardonnay.
