I had planned to make a savory black currant sauce for duck legs several days ago, but there were no duck legs to be found at the store. Today, I found them! I got some baking potatoes for mashed potatoes too.
Susan cooked the potatoes and cooked the duck legs in the oven. I made the sauce.

The black currant sauce (brandy & white wine reduction) looked like this just before I poured it into the sauce dispenser. It was a yummy dinner.
