This evening, we had a swordfish steak for dinner. Susan prepared it in a frying pan with olive oil. She lightly salted it, and dusted it pepper. She also steamed some asparagus spears. I sliced and sauteed some Shiitake mushrooms to add to the asparagus.
The final plating with a smear of Calabrian chili Aioli and a lemon wedge looked like this.
