Dinner tonight was another wonderful meal of escargot following Anthony Bourdain’s recipe. I made bruschetta earlier in afternoon, and Susan chopped a French baguette into bite-sized bits suitable for Crostini.

We ate late because we had gotten up very late. What can I say, our circadian rhythms are hopelessly screwed. The bruschetta was tasty and the escargot on a baguette soaked in garlic butter were an indulgence.
