I made Susan’s favorite tongue dish for yesterday’s dinner – beef tongue in Fideo with whole Serrano peppers and peas. It turned out a little better than usual; I think that the tongue was more tender. It was as flavorful as it was colorful.
This evening, I am going to improvise some shrimp tacos based on a few online recipes that I read this morning.
