Susan came home from her visit to Omaha. I prepared a dinner for her while she unpacked and decompressed from a very long road trip. Our son sent some peppers and tomatoes from his backyard garden. Dinner was a grilled, boneless ribeye with grilled Elote and a roasted pepper. I think this may be a Hungarian sweet paprika pepper. It was tasty with only a slight hint of heat.
