Dinner this evening was a slab of pan-fried Scotian Halibut (from Nova Scotia, of course) served with lemon butter and a smear of spicy aioli and a Shrimp Spring Roll with peanut sauce. The side was our favorite thistle (steamed Artichoke) served with garlic butter. Clearly, there was no want of butter at this meal.
Susan is recovering from a foot surgery that she had yesterday, and all the cooking and clean-up chores for the next few weeks are mine. So it goes; getting old is not for the faint of spirit.
At least the meal was satisfying.

Best wishes to Susan for a speedy recovery! I will keep her in my thoughts.
As for you, buck up! LOL
Thanks for the picture of your delightful repast. We had home made/grilled turkey burgers with garnish of arugula. Very tasty indeed as well. Also sweet potato fries.
Take care, both of you!
Sharon
Thanks, Sharon. I will tell Susan.
