The appliance repairman came yesterday to fix the fridge whose flue damper was on the fritz. Since the new damper was installed, the temperature in the refrigeration compartment has fallen from 54F to 50F. It still isn’t near the desired range of 37F. Merde!
Dinner this evening was the basic Steak & Potatoes number. The steak was a boneless ribeye prepared on the outdoor grill – medium rare. The potatoes were done in the oven. I prepared some sauteed blue oyster mushrooms as a garnish. The final plating proved both tasty and filling.
Where’s the worsesteshir, woostershit, wosrstshire, hell you know what I mean. 😀
We use that special, impossible to pronounce, condiment in other dishes. On steak, I use A1 steak sauce or nothing at all.
