Here’s another medium-rare boneless ribeye dinner with a baked potato dressed with butter, sour cream, cheddar and jack, and a sprinkling of diced chives. The garnish is Shiitake mushrooms sauteed in butter and EVOO along with chopped shallot and fresh rosemary. The salad was fresh greens and vegetables from the CM salad bar with Bleu cheese dressing.
