I made a pan-fried loin cod a couple of days ago. It was served with a side of pickled and marinated vegetables including a large artichoke heart and some Caprece.
The fish, covered in homemade pecan crust, was grilled in EVOO. It was served with a quarter of a lime and a smear of homemade spicy aioli. It looked like this.

The salad was visually pleasing and tasty too.
