I prepare bucatini (a hollow spaghetti type pasta) about once a month. The pasta sauce is hot Italian sausage and Mom’s brand spaghetti sauce. The green salad with balsamic vinegarette comes from the salad bar at Central Market – Spring Mix, arugula, bell peppers slices, radishes, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and a hard-boiled egg. Yummy.

Once home, I added shredded Parmesan, a green onion, and pepperoncino peppers to the salad.
