Tonight’s dinner was Texas chili (no beans). The chili kit was Wick Fowler’s Two-Alarm Chili. This meal is a no-brainer, but you need to set a timer or keep a very close eye on it, or it will scorch for sure. I set it to simmer, and we then sat down to an hour-long family zoom session. I pushed my luck as far as it would stretch this time.
I couldn’t find saltines at the store today, but we were lucky to have another demi baguette on hand. It all worked out.
