Today the skies were partly cloudy again, but the clear patches were enough to get a few minutes of imaging time. The H-alpha image today shows continued activity in the AR3981, 3984, 3978, and 3976 complex. There are also loop prominences along the southeastern and western limbs

The sunspot image shows a faint, new active region in the east – AR3987.

Here are the images of the prominences. The image on the right shows a filament which, at the solar limb, we see as a prominence.
