Below, today’s H-alpha solar image shows ongoing prominence activity along the NW, SW, SSW and SE solar limbs.

The sunspot image shows six of the eight active regions that appear in NASA’s annotated image. AR4057 that lies north of AR4056 is not discernable in my image, and AR4044 has disappeared around the sun’s western limb.
