Today’s H-alpha image shows persistent loop prominence activity along the sun’s NE limb. There are additional arcs of sun stuff along the NW, SW, and Eastern solar limbs.
The corresponding sunspot image shows only three active regions. AR4085, consisting of three small spots, is very faint.
The prominences, photographed separately today rather than created as cropped frames from the H-alpha image.
