Despite occasional wind gusts this afternoon, I managed to get some solar imaging done. The sun is much less active than in past weeks. The H-alpha image shows some small prominences. The largest of them is an anvil-shaped formation of sun stuff along the NW limb.
The sunspot image below shows the same four active regions noted on NASA’s SDO image.
