Today’s H-alpha image shows a new plage around AR4304. The prominences along the western limb continue to impress. Smaller prominences are present along the sun’s eastern limb.

Below is the broader band image that emphasizes the sunspots. Note that while AR4300 and AR4295 appear in the H-alpha image, they are too faint to see in the sunspot image.
