Today’s H-alpha image six shows active regions and complex prominences along the E-NE, E-SE, and SW solar limbs.
The corresponding sunspot image is shown below.
The prominence cameos are shown in the gallery below. Note that the SW limb shows a blob of sun stuff high above the sun’;s chromosphere.
