
I had contemplated a surf ‘n turf of Filet Mignon and Lobster for dinner, but when I arrived at the grocery store, I realized that one Canadian lobster tail each would be more than sufficient protein for us. Susan steamed the tails for us and microwaved a packet of Bombay potatoes. With a French baguette and a glass of vino, we had a delicious dinner.
Sarah made us a grilled piece of lamb and some special pasta she made with eggplant and marinara. It was very different and quite good.

Tom made a pork loin with baked apples and green beans. Delish!

Susan P had proposed a butterfly pork chop for her and a lamb shoulder chop for me. I think that I will make them tomorrow. 🙂
